Looking for a cozy drink to curl up with on a chilly day or simply trying to switch up your go-to morning beverage? This ultra-creamy, dairy-free, nut-free latte is the perfect way to get an extra boost of energy AND those nutrients you need.

The ingredient that makes this latte so different is Philly seed spread, Mother Butter!

Ingredients:

2 cups oat milk
1/2 cup coffee or espresso
2 1/2 tbsp Mother Butter
1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
pinch cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, then blend on high for 45-60 seconds.

  2. Pour half of the mixture into a small saucepan and heat on the stovetop.

  3. Pour hot latte into a mug and enjoy!

  4. Store the other half of the latte mixture in the fridge until you're ready to drink. If any separation occurs in the meantime, just blend again for 20-30 seconds.

So much froth, you can eat it with a spoon! 🥄
